We upgraded to the latest version of CPT UI and now in the admin, none of the custom post types or taxonomies which were created with CPT UI are displaying. The menu items for them are missing as are the actual registration of them with in the CPT UI plugin. The frontend of the site is running just fine – presumably because the custom post type post data still exists within the wp_posts table of the database, but there is no way to actually manage the existing posts or create new ones presumably because the custom post type itself is not registered with WordPress in any way. Is there any way to quickly bring those back to life within the plugin?

Do you still have the settings in CPTUI settings? Or are those somehow wiped out?

Not sure how it would have happened, as the last update was pretty small one overall, all things considered. Nothing that should have taken settings away for registration.

Please disregard. Issue was not with your plugin but rather misunderstanding in communication.

All good, glad to hear things are back in working order.
