    Alright that sounds great. Keep me posted so that I can continue to help get you running.

    Thanks!

    Hi Nick,

    I just tested a new feed with same GC URL that works okay on the live site. Got the same 403 “access denied” message.

    Thanks,
    Cheryl

    Thanks for the quick fix.

    No problem glad it’s working again for you!

    @codinggecko

    I wonder if it has something to do with your test site URL. Is it possible you can post a similar link structure to what your test site is. It doesn’t have to be the actual test site URL, but just the same structure.

    Everything is working on your live version correct? On the test version what version did it stop working, 2.0.6.2?

    The live site is still running 0.7.2 and works fine. The test site URL is methow2.dev. It was when I upgraded the test site from 0.7.2 to 2.0.6.2 that I started getting the 403 (access denied) messages for both the plugin widget and the (unrelated) embedded Google Calendars.

    Later tonight, I’ll try the upgrade to 2.0.6.2 on the live site to rule out/confirm a problem with the test site.

    Thanks,
    Cheryl

    I just want to thank you for working so hard and quickly to fix this. I just upgraded to v.2.0.6.2 and lost the calendar in a widget area. I removed the widget and then put in a new one and it’s running nicely.

    I just updated the live site, and things seems to be working properly, with the exception of the calendar styles, which I’ll have to re-do. So you were right in thinking there was a problem with the dev site. Thanks for your help!

    Great I am really glad to hear that from both of you @codinggecko and @kathycb. Let us know if you run into any other problems and I will be glad to help.

    Thanks!
