Upgrading from 1.4.6 (yeah, I know…)

    I have the doubtful pleasure to get a page up to speed that is still running 1.4.6 of this plugin. When I directly upgrade to the latest version however, the calendar list is empty.

    I guess I have to do an intermediate manual upgrade somewhere to migrate the data properly? Which version would that be?
