Upgrading from 2.0.5 to 2.1 Issues

Hi all,

I am using Wp blog software version 2.0.5.

I am planning to upgrade to 2.1.

can anybody tell me the steps?

is this steps ok…

copy the theme and plugings

delete the folder and copy the new wp file… and start.

Will this affect existing database.. will it over right the existing database ?

Please guide me.
