• I have had a number of issues when trying to upgrade to v3 to v4 of the Gallery Bank plugin. This issue first happened when I was prompted to purchase a new copy of the plugin as I had upgraded my website security with an SSL certificate.

    I’ve tried contacting support online, Facebook, Twitter but don’t get any response.

    I have now purchased this plugin three times with in the hope to upgrade. But when installing the new version the site hangs and gives me a 500 server error.

    I have developed 300+ images across multiple galleries.

    This needs to be resolved. If there is no support the site shouldnt sell its plugin.

    Please provide some insight to how help with the upgrade.
