Upgrading Jetpack

Several weeks ago our church secretary upgraded JetPack so that we can use its security features, specifically backups. I have the new license key and I have connected my church’s wordpress site to WordPress.com, which is what JetPack instructs. However, when I click on the “Activate it now” link (You have an available product license key. Activate it now or view all your purchases) nothing happens. When I click on “View all your purchases” the upgrade is listed along with the license key, which leads me to believe I’m correctly connected to WordPress and JetPack. Why am I unable to install the new license key? The church website is uuchurchlc.org, hosted by Dreamhost.
