    I upgraded my licence from personal to agency. You took the money. My invoice states 5 licences, but the system has not updated and they are not available to me to use. Getting really annoyed, I’ve raised tickets, wrote emails, now listing this complaint here. You are not replying, I will reuqest a refund.

    Our support team has already responded to you through the ticket. As we mentioned earlier the license has been correctly updated to Agency. There may have been a delay, and the payment was not immediately reflected.
