Upgrading made easy – NOT

  • UPDATE: Asked for help for DAYS, while my site was all but broken. No one replied to 10 chats, nor emailed me back. Had to install a different theme, but Magazine NP pro left my site broken. Had to repair folders and reupload all my plugins. I would get a refund, but I don’t have time to be ignored. Now I regret my purchase.

    I really love this theme, so I bought the pro, then started another site and upgraded to more licenses. Needed a little help, and the online chat rep Evan was very helpful, responded quickly and was patient when I got a little lost. He had me up and running quickly though. I love when a good theme is matched with good support. That makes me happy about my purchase.
