Help! upgrading mysql

  • Hi
    I just pressed automatic upgrade, after everything seemed to run smoothly i get the following message when I want to log in as admin:

    You cannot upgrade because WordPress 3.0.1 requires MySQL version 4.1.2 or higher. You are running version 4.0.30.

    I am with go daddy and I couldn’t find any help how to upgrade to 4.1.2

    can anyone help?
