Upgrading plugin errors

All of a sudden, I get some errors in different places:

Please contact your server administrator.) in /wp-admin/includes/plugin-install.php on line 83I’ve replaced the files just in case, I’ve checked Sucuri, and it’s all clean, I’m not sure what to do. I checked another site of mine as well, and it seems just one has this issue. Does anyone have any ideas of how I fix this?
