Upgrading Plugins for a large Number of Subdomains at Once

I have a network of blogs that are maintained by myself and they all have similar plugins if not the same ones and the majority are subdomains of my primary domain. I was looking for some sort of plugin or something that would allow me to upgrade all the plugins at once as well as upgrade wp too. I’m not interested in wpmu due to the difficulty of deploying adsense and blocking new users from my adsense code.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
