    Do you by any chance have access to your PHP error logs? This would be a huge help in figuring out what caused the issue. A lot of web hosts give you access to PHP error logs in your control panel.

    One thing you could test is deactivating all other plugins, then try reinstalling Page Builder 2.1.4. This would help us identify whether a plugin conflict is perhaps causing this.

    Hi Greg,

    Thanks for the response. I’ve followed your advice and it does look like a plugin conflict with IvyCat AJAX Testimonials version 1.5.1. With either plugin disabled the site comes back to life.

    It was working before, so I’ll try rolling back IvyCat and see if that helps. I’ll go and post on their page as well so that they are aware of the clash.

    Do you still want the error logs if I can obtain them?

    I’ve just rolled both IvyCat and Page Builder back to the versions where they were previously working together, but I’m still getting a white screen. So it might also be a problem with WP 4.2.4 in conjunction with the two plugins.
