Upgrading to 3.6 changed my site's home page

Yes I said that.
Earllier after the upgrade my home page didn’t load instead it loaded an empty page titled “Home” which I later trashed it. Then I tried fixing that from Settings>general tab by changing the site URL and WordPress URL.
Everything seems messed up after the upgrade

So did you get those changed back? What’s the link to your site?

yes changed the wp-config.php and functions.php in the theme
Front end seems to be working fine. Can’t access the back end
