Upgrading to Version 2.0

Version 2.0 of WP Subtitle is a complete re-write of the plugin which now works with the most recent versions of WordPress and includes support for custom post types.
It should be fully backward compatible with the previous version. However, if you experience any problems upgrading from version 1.0 please post them below.
