UpiCRM admins cannot acces upicrm panel

  • Good afternoon, I installed the latest version of UpiCRM. I added a new “subscriber” user. I gave him “UpiCRM Admin” permissions. Then, I logged with that user, and we I go to the admin panel (wp-admin) it redirects to “my account” not to the UpiCRM Panel. So, I am not able to see any Upi option with those users.

    did you check on the WordPRess user profile -that the user is indeed listed as UpiUser?
