Have you spoken to your hosting providers? Your theme’s vendors should be telling you this. If they can’t or aren’t telling you for whatever reason then that may not be a good sign of their support services.

php_value post_max_size
php_value upload_max_filesize
(i think so)
settings in php.ini file ..contact your hosting providers.
