I have confirmed that this is indeed the case (conflict with Product Attachment for WooCommerce). Since this seems to be a bug on their end, I have reached out to their support to see if they can resolve the issue.

Do you have any other insight into why this is happening, which I could relay?

Unfortunately I wouldn’t know why that’s happening, as this seems something to be fixed on their end ??
