Upload and categorize files and pictures

Hi,
I’m looking for a way to upload and categorize files and pictures. I have already tried several plug in (Enhanced Media Library, Media Library Categories, Media Library Assistant), but no one is able to accomplish my job.
I want to avoid to wast my time to manually labeling each single files and pictures.
Is there any free way to achieve this? Otherwise, what are the paid options?
