Upload and translation

Please could you answer this 2 questions please :

1- Is there a way to download all invoices for a month in one time ? Each month for my accountant i need to upload each invoices one by one… it is time consuming action

2- Is there a way to translate definitively informations into invoice ? :
Invoice #:
Invoice Date:
Order Date:
Order Number:
Payment Method:
I translated it but each plugin update make this come back.
