Upload archive files from admin panel

  • Is there any plugin which allows to upload archive files from admin panel, and then paste it into the post. Now as I see it allows to upload only images…

    Manage->Import from the Admin panel has lots of options. If that’s not what you want, please explain more.

    .zip .rar and so on.

    I want to upload files from admin panel like I’m uloading images, when I’m writing new posts or pages. Just “Browse…” and “Upload”. ??

    I use FTP to upload big files – it gets around all those pesky max upload file size issues.

    There might be some plugin or something that manages unknown attachments if you’ve got a lot of them to deal with.
