Upload broken on latest build

    The upload feature appears broken in the current plugin/WP iteration.

    ALL redirects, regardless of csv file format or column inclusion, are inserted and flagged as regex.

    This is repeated on a number of installations/sites I have tested.

    As of this writing, with the latest build, there is no way to upload a flat (non-RegEx) redirect.

    Anyone have a fix?
