    Hi,

I want to add GTIN Numbers to the products in my site. I have more than 3000 products, so I want to add it in a bulk. Is there any possibility to add gtin number in bulk to all my products.

    ?? hi there @karthik471

As I understand, you are interested in bulk editing products at the store.

Feel free to utilize the built-in product CSV Importer and Exporter, of WooCommerce, which can accessed from the?All Products > Products?page.

Documentation with further details can be found linked here, for your convenience.

I hope this is helpful! Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.
We will be happy to help you further.

    Hi,

I imported the csv file, when checked I found 3 meta columns with name gtin. Out of which there are no data in the 2 columns while one column has few data in the format ‘field_656ec97950867’.

here is the list of that columns

    1.Meta: _gtin_number

    2.Meta: gtin_number

    3.Meta: _wc_gla_gtin

Can you please tell me in which column I should update the gtin number for bulk changes.

    Thanks

    Hello karthik471

    Thank you for your reply.

The column that you need to populate is _wc_gla_gtin.
This is the column that the Google Listing & Ads plugin uses for the GTIN field.

    I hope this clarifies everything.
If you need further help, let me know. ??

    Best regards.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.

Hi There, Hope someone can assist. I’ve exported my product list as per teh suggestions bat, can’t find the _wc_gla_gtin field in the export. However, I am using the EAN Plugin for Woocommerce which has a EAN field with the relavant data in. Should I still update the _wc_gla_gtin field for Google? An alternative here could be to map the attribute gtin to the EAN field although I am not sure if that is entirely possible.
