    As requested, I opened a support ticket. In the Minamaze options area on the Homepage (Content) section, I am unable to upload pics for the featured content. This so far was the only thing I found that was not working. Oh, in addition to also not being able to disable the premade homepage.

    I wanted this theme because it was one of the only themes that allowed our Users Ultra plugin to align properly on the pages (page width). And it looks sleek and beautiful. Unfortunately, just that one issue stains it.

    I activated it on our website again so you can see what I mean. I hope this can be a quick fix.

    Actually having a second look. None of the other buttons in the other sections work either: Homepage layout, Enable Search, Enable Social Media Links, etc…) Please help, it’s beautiful, but I cannot do anything with it. I’m gonna try to find something else in the meantime. But if this can get fixed, it will be epic, because I really prefer your theme and would be willing to pay for an upgrade, if it works.

    Not sure if you’re aware, but before themes are released here at www.ads-software.com they are manually reviewed by the review team. So the fact that so many features are not working suggests that there’s a conflict going on somewhere on your site. This can be caused by other plugins, or browser addons. Really anything.

    We’ve got your email and have now responded. Please reply when you can.

    In the meantime, please can you confirm which browser you’re using and also which version?

    It’s ok. In the upside I was able to find another theme that worked fluidly with all of the plugins I have installed. I appreciate you reaching out. Thanks so much!

    Sorry about that. I wasn’t at work yesterday to receive the emails. Thank you so much for your support and the resolution. It was a plugin conflict. All is well now and I love the theme!

    What was the resolution for this? I’m having a similar problem.

    I’ve had the same problem. In my case it was this plugin
    Comprehensive Google Map Plugin
    that caused the non function of the theme. Just inactived it.

    YESSSSS!!!! Thank you everyone and (Bedrulbedul), it HAS helped me. I have had exactly the same issue. I tried to get support from the developers, ‘Think Up Themes’, but this seems to only be available to paid for subscribers. However, Salma there did suggest I placed my issue on the www.ads-software.com Forum and she would try to get it solved by a member for me.
    However, I easily came across the very same issue, as so many people seem to be suffering it too! Yes, the blasted ‘Comprehensive Google Map’ plugin is deintely to blame – once deactivated, I was able to ‘add media’ again as usual. I’m surprised the Theme developers don’t know about this??? I will let them know.

    Thanks for sharing your thoughts. We are absolutely aware of this issue. Since Mianamaze v1.0.5 the Comprehensive Google Maps plugin is no longer recommended.

    Whenever you have an issue of this nature please do ensure you check your plugins. You’ll need to inform the plugin developer of this issue, as it’s not our product. It is the plugin developers responsibility to ensure they write good code that is free from error.

    Anyway, glad to hear it’s all sorted!

    I’d like to say that Afzaal, at the developers, ‘Think Up Themes’ just contacted me via Skype and very patiently talked me through the process of obtaining their support. Sorry if I’ve given those guys a hard time, I really should use the WP Forum more, I’m a bit of a newbie to accessing WP support! especially for support on free themes.
