Upload button not responding

  • Hi,

    I’ve got some cases where this is working and some where it isn’t. It seems fine on Mozilla Firefox, but the upload button isn’t responding on Chrome on Windows.

    Edit: Just checking and the upload button isn’t responding on Firefox on android either.

    I also have a user telling me they are receiving a “No result from remote server” error. I don’t know what browser they are using.

    Any advice hugely appreciated!

    Hi, it seems the OP no longer requires help but I have a similar issue. The form is here https://khs.org.au/khsnap/ and sometimes when the Submit button is clicked, the form appears to hang, ie. it never reaches the point where the uploading bar animation starts; the Submit button stays gray; nothing further can be done until the page is reloaded.

    The site uses CloudFlare free plan, with the Super Page Cache for Cloudflare plugin, in case that could be an issue?

    The site also uses Anti-Spam by CleanTalk, I believe the dev has been in touch with you recently, and we are currently using a dev version of that plugin designed to work better with your plugin.
