I’m in the middle of setting up a site whose primary purpose is to be able to sell both web-ready 72 dpi JPEG files (at around 1MB per file) and high definition, print-ready, 240 dpi JPEG files (at anything between 3MB and 10MB). For the purpose I’d installed NextGen Gallery and purchased WP eStore with which it integrates.

I’ve successfully uploaded a batch of 13 ‘web-ready’ JPEGs to a NextGen gallery but when I try and upload 3 print-ready files to a new gallery with a combined file size of just 8MB (3MB,3MB,2MB) I get the message ‘Upload complete: 0 images were uploaded’.

Does NextGen not cope with large file sizes? Is there anyway I can get around this issue?

Thank you in advance for your help

  • just turn on the “Permalink” wordpress from “Default” to “Post name” , clear your browser cache and try again ??
