Upload Directory not using WP_CONTENT_DIR

I’m using a custom WP_CONTENT_DIR of /filesystem but the plugin does not account for this. It looks for the image there, but actually uploads it to the WP_SITEURL directory meaning any uploaded images cannot be found when viewing the gallery.

Please help.
