Upload Document and Captcha not working

    Hi there, I have a form set up and the captcha doesn’t seem to be showing up like it does on my other forms with a checkbox so this form is saying there is an error.

    Also, the uploader works on the form when I preview it in forminator but once placed on my website, it doesn’t do anything.

    How can I fix this?

    Sorry to hear about the issues noticed. We would like to check the existing form settings to have a better idea.

    Could you please share the form export so that we could give a closer look regarding this?

    If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.

    You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any cloud services in the next reply.
