Upload doesn't work

Hello,

I’m doing a intranet, and I need to upload a file every day, and show it after upload.
But, when I put the file and click to upload, it shows a confirmation message, and after it doesn’t appear at the media library.

Just for my curiosity, can I show a folder? I have a folder called “2015” and subfolders called by the number of the month (January is 01, Feb 02…)
