upload error

hello, I am a website owner,site. Whenever I want to upload a pics on my site, it write UPLOAD ERROR. I have checked yoiutube for solution but my host is in config file so setting permission aint working…pls, i am running outta audience and pls i need to add adsense on my site. can you tell me how?. but pls the upload error is paramount. my email is [email moderated – this forum does not provide support via email]
