Upload Error During Backup and/or Migration

Getting the following error when trying to backup or send a backup to another domain via the migration addon.

10512.957 (45) There were errors in the uploads, so the ‘resume’ event is remaining scheduled
10512.964 (45) The backup has not finished; a resumption is scheduled

It tries to resume, but I get the same similar error every time.

This is only happening on my “uploads” folder. I can backup/migrate all other content just fine.
