[NSFW] Upload failed – Server Error

    For some time I have had problems with the last versions with WPPA, the same again now in the current beta version.

    Problem: Users can upload their photos for a while, then the error message appears: Upload failed – Server Error.

    If you then wait a while, it works again.
    Today I was able to upload 30 photos in the frontend, after that nothing worked anymore. I waited half an hour, then I was able to continue. I was able to find the following error message at the hoster during this time:

    Another behaviour: Sometimes I do not see the upload process, but there is a blank page with the note: Photo successfully uploaded.

    I have also sent this to the support at the hoster (Strato), as I currently don’t know where to start. Last time I deactivated all other plugins and was able to exclude them.

    I have already tried several AJAX settings in the WPPA Admin Config.

    Looking forward to an idea where to start.

    I have no idea what the errormessage means.
    Btw: al my sites run on strato and i never have seen this.

    To avoid the blank page (most likely an ajax issue) try a different setting on Advanced settings -> System -> I -> Item 5: Ajax method (fe backend method rather than ‘normal’ vv.

    Ok, thank you very much
    it probably seems to be due to the network or Strato temporarily. I am in contact with them. At the moment it is running normally again.
