Upload field not showing in Frontend

Here my problem again.

Hello, i have the same problem at https://www.deutschland-steht-auf.org. I use it at: https://deutschland-steht-auf.org/mach-mit-zeig-dein-gesicht (bottom)

I′ve already insert the code in header.php

wpcf7_enqueue_scripts();
        wp_head();

and at the End of wp-config.php

`define(‘WPCF7_LOAD_JS’, true);
define(‘WPCF7_LOAD_CSS’, true);`

wp_footer(); exists in footer.php

but nothing happen.

Before we buy the plugin, in need to fix this problem. But i don′t know what to do next. ??
