Upload File Button – help needed

    I read but it’s confused.
    SO if I mu?t use HTML version I can use
    <input type=”file” filetypes:pdf|txt limit:2mb>?

    I tested it with <input type=”file”> because with [file] it opens no media explorer.
    In attachments email settings I set [file] but it want work with HTML <input type=”file”>

    Can you explain how I can do it, please?
