• I have the pro version 3.11.4.
I have a PDF File upload field, in the frontend the user uploads the file that is displayed on the screen but saving does not take place without any error message.
Otherwise, entering the admin area (backend) the same field saves the file correctly.

  • Does the user fill out the PDF and then rey to upload it? A URL might help to see the problem.

I have tested this. It seems to be working.

D you see a file in your media library called gggggggg_6.pdf?

If it’s not even uploading, then there must be a bug

No, there is not the file you are uploded. Yes I afraid there must be a bug

Can you upload other type files? If “Yes” Could the PDF file type be blocked?

No, it doesn’t save any file type I also tried txt. If instead of the file type field I use an image type field, it is saved correctly

@shabti I updated the plugin to the latest version 3.13.6 and the upload problem was solved.
Unfortunately now all the formatting of the forms has been lost (it completely ignores the styles width of each field).
