    Hi @paoloicreatif,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    In the WP Job Openings Pro, you can mark the form fields as required or not with the help of Form Builder (Job Openings > Settings > Form > Form Builder). You will also have the option to add fields such as Text, Email, Number, Phone, Textarea, Dropdown, Radio, Checkbox, Resume, Photo, and File with the help of Form Builder.
