Upload File Option On Contact Feature Gets Error on test.

Hi I did created a submit upload file option in my contact page but when i tried to test and submit an image with only 1.5MB size, i always get an error message “the file is too big” .

I didn’t set the standard image size on settings so i can receive any image size whenever someone submit their contribution.

is there any resolution for this?
