Upload file problem

Hello,

I have a problem with upload file function. When I add a document, then submit, I receive an email with the name of the file but no link, impossible to see the file. It seems that it’s not uploaded to the ftp folder (or maybe it’s temporary and delete as soon as the mail is sent).

I checked https://contactform7.com/file-uploading-and-attachment/, try everything is ask to try in case of problem (php errors, change the temp folder…) but nothing works.

I use Crexis theme, and ask them to check it but for them no problem on upload functionnality.

I receive the mail, with all the information, the only problem is the attached file which is not their, i just a the name of the file.
