Upload file wrong path impossible to download

    I need your help for this problem. It is a fresh install of wordpress with no extras plugins. php 7.0 Mysql 5.5 Theme Buddypress

    When I upload files (whatever extensions or name) on buddydrive,

    – I get a name like F-4 or F-6
    – And i can not download the file, I get an icon instead of the file i want to download

    I saw a person who was on ovh Hosting but it is not the same problem because my .ovhconfig is at the good place in my ftp

    There is a problem with the way files are referenced on OVH hosting as well as the way OVH handles the path to the file. As I don’t have any access to OVH hosting, I’m not sure I’ll be much help. You might contact them and present the problem. IF they are able to recommend a solution, I’d be happy to implement.

    Can I give you my wordpress and FTP access to you to have a loook at the problem ?

    In wich folder, plugin … exactly files have to be upload ?

    I see that when I upload a file, it is going in ” https://teams.icilaterre.fr/buddydrive/file/f-7/ ”

    On my ftp I have no folder called FILE
    I created one, but I have no results

    Maybe with this information you can help me a bit more please

    I checked, my uploaded files. They all are going in “wp-content/uploads/buddydrive/
    but in front office buddydrive is searching files in “https://teams.icilaterre.fr/buddydrive/file/f-7/”

    and for example the name of the file is not the same in the ftp and front office
    in ftp the file is called “-7”
    in front end the file is called “f-7”
