Upload File(pdf) field only admin can upload not working properly

  • Hi
    I have one field for upload pdf file. It should be possible only for admin to upload this file and member should only open this file. I set “Can user edit this field?” to NO but member can still change, delete or upload file. Is this bug or is not possible to arrange this
