Upload finishes Not in Dropbox Folder

Hello,
This seems to be the perfect plug in, but after everything is activated and the upload is complete, the files don’t go to the dropbox folder. In fact I have no idea where they go. I don’t know if I’m missing a step but everything listed I did and is in working order.
