Upload forbidden for Profilephotos

  • Hi

    two new members informed me, that they could not upload an image in their account –>ERROR:forbidden They tried it on smartphone and on notebook/PC
    All other members had no problems.

    As admin, i can upload in their account without any problems.

    What can cause this problem?

  • Probably a formatting error. You should ask one user to email you the picture that created the failure. Then post the img format details here (not the actual picture).
