Upload form not saving options…

    I’ve been using Contest gallery for the last few years. Last night, a user complained that images weren’t showing up in Chrome. I couldn’t figure out exactly why, but I updated the software to the latest hoping it would help.

    The images didn’t show up, and now I cannot get the upload form to save. I set it all up, but when I click save, everything disappears. I also tried to copy a previous gallery to just get the form, but it’s not working and shows an empty gallery with no fields to fill in.

    Not sure what to try.

    I checked your site and I confirm that the upload form is not working on your test site. To find out the reason I would need a temporary access data to your backend. Please send the data to [email protected]
    I will check as soon as possible.

    Hi,

    I got your temporary access data and checked the issue. New columns of new version couldn’t be created because of unsuitable default values for your kind of datbase. I resolved the issue and now you are able to upload again, please check.

    btw: in the moment you have two upload forms on your site, because in gallery upload form is also activated. You can deactivate it in “Edit options” >>> “Upload options” https://www.screencast.com/t/QBYE5aGjx
    I would also not use gallery id 5 anymore because it has broken registration form.

    Thank you so much! It all seems to be working and I hadn’t noticed the improvements in the gallery and comments system until right now. Very nice! It’s perfect for what we’re doing.

    I’ll be going pro very shortly.
