    Hello Jordy,

I downloaded and installed your plugin in Lightroom and WordPress. Every time I try to upload I get the message: “An internal error has occurred: AgExportRendition:recordRemotePhotoId: remote ID must be a number or string.”
I followed the instructions on your website regarding turning on the setting in JetPack Carousel and I have done that – it still doesn’t work.
Do you have any idea what could be causing this? I really want this to work and will be very happy to pay when the free trial period is over – but if it doesn’t work…
Thanks in advance for your help!
    Sara
btw -I LOVE Bordeaux and Arcachon!

    Hello Sara,

Are you from France? Not many people know Arcachon ?? That’s amazing you know my hometown! Always looking forward to go back every summer (I live in Tokyo), eat those delicious ice creams on the beach with my family and friends!

That errors is shown when something weird happen on the server side. Do you have access to your PHP logs on your server? We should find the exact problem there, I believe. If not, it will need more advanced debugging. Let’s find the problem.

    Hi Jordy,

no I’m not from France, but an American living in Germany who LOVES France. I take bike tours all around and particularly love southwest France. (When my site’s finished you can look at my pictures of Arcachon & Bordeaux.) ??

I’m a WordPress newbie but a computer professional – I should have debugging up and running by this evening (have to go to work now!) and I’ll send a log as soon as I have something.

    Thanks for your help!

    Hi Jordy,

Just tried to upload again and this is the error that showed up in the debug window:
    Script error.

    Hope that helps.

    Thanks,

Uh, actually, this was the text in the debug.log file:

[05-Mar-2015 16:32:05 UTC] Use Google Libraries: WordPress appears to be requesting a non-standard version of swfobject (version 2.2-20120417). Using version provided by WordPress to ensure compatability.

    Thanks, Sara

That’s so cool (not your issue, but what you are and do), you should contact me! ??

About the issue, weird! Google Librairies, swfobject… this is not related to my plugin at all. Something else is going on. Are you sure the date of this error in the log and that when you did the synchronisation are the same? Just to make sure ??

Accckkkk!!! I have tried everything – deactivating all other plugins, uploading one file by hand and trying to sync with that file from LR, changing the name of the xmlrpc file (in both places). What I sense is that somehow LR is not gaining access to my uploads folder to check for existent files and/or upload anything there.

BTW, I found the plugin that generated the above two error messages and deactivated it. The errors don’t show up any more but that dowsn’t help with my problem, either. ??

    Heeellllpppp!
