Upload frontend –> roles missing

I now have an issue like Theo Jager has, except it is not browser related…

My wordpress install has 15 user roles, but Mdocs settings only shows 14 of them (is it a coded restriction?). The user role “abonnee” is missing but also is the standard role a new user on my site gets.

When logging in as user with the “abonnee” role I can reach the upload page but also have an upload button without text. When uploading a new file the browser shows upload progress but the uploaded file seems to get lost in cyberheaven…
