upload image

Hola, tengo una tienda online de esmaltes de u?as y quiero que las personas puedan subir imágenes de como les ha quedado el producto. Lo estoy haciendo con el plugin pero no logro que puedan subir la imagen en la ficha del producto, es más no me sale por ningun lado de la web la opción. ?Que puedo estar haciendo mal? Gracias
