Upload image error

I’m using next Gen photo gallery. When I try and import photos to new albums, I get a failure code, “Login Fail”

Anyone got any suggestions? I uploaded one album and it worked fine, now it’s not. So confused and frustrated….

I would greatly appreciate someone’s help:)
