Upload Image Front End Not Working

    It only works well if I upload to site dashboard in media and then going to user in dashboard and then adding via user. I tried front end and worked once and then no more at all. Still does what I need but prefer users to add their own avatar via front end profiles for bbPress. I will leave on for now but might replace it with something else, if it isn’t fixed.
