upload image to the AL but AL does not show any image

    Hi all,

    when I upload an image to an affiliate link with Thirsty Affiliates upload all right and save it it is all there. But when uploading that affiliate link with the icon, there is no image attached no image displayed. Please see the screenshots.
    Do you have any ideas how to solve this?

  • Hi Milada,

    When you refresh the edit screen for the affiliate link (first screenshot) does the image stay?

    And if you re-search in the link picker, does the image option then show up for that link?

    Once we solve the issue with your support tickets not coming through please send through some login details (do not post here).

    I already sent the credentials to your colleague Harry on the 10 of April, which he continues to ignore.
