Upload images to Facebook from wordpress site

Hi All,

I am looking for an option , where visitor can upload images from my website to facebook. I have seen various link which gives php code to implement this, but I dont know how to use this in wordpress. Please go through below links

I am looking for below sequence
1. Upload to fb click button
2. Add caption
3. Uploaded to fb with credential

I have app id and secrets with me. If any body has any idea , pls guide or is there any plugin for doing it.
