Upload into a own folder

Hello

i want to ask if your plugin can upload files into spezial directory/folder.
Example:
I have created for every user a own directory/folder to upload data into this.(not the media-libary!¨) .
When a user logged in i want to load in a user specific folder:

/domain.com/wp-content/vendor_uploads/[email protected]/?????.jpg
the name uf the user is [email protected]

Is this possible to do this?
